Personel yanıma geldiğinde içtenlikle gülümsüyordu. Bu kadar doğal bir karşılama nadir görülür.

We were the only people there at the moment morning but the service was still too slow. The food quality was OK. Nice interior design though. Generally was ok for a late breakfast!

I had a very good experience with the cafe! Their food and drinks are amazing, the cafe’s vibe is very cozy and comfortable. Customer service is very good! The staff are very smiley and friendly especially the two ladies named “Meltem and Gamze”. They are very professional and friendly with all customer. This makes me want to get coffee and breakfast every time I am around this area!

Absolutely horrible service. It took 2 hours for breakfast!!!!! I wonder how it is if you order dinner it might reach the next morning. One of the waiters is horrible. Not explaining anything in the menu. We ordered American breakfast in which you can choose which type of eggs you get, he didn’t ask how we want our eggs (as if he’ll even bring the eggs we asked for. We wanted scrambled he brought all omelette). You can also pick whether you want sausage or potato or beans or whatever. He doesn’t tell you that you can choose so of course he decided for himself that everyone should eat potatoes with their omlete. I also ordered omlete plate individually. So I was shocked when the omelette plate and American breakfast look the exact same. (American breakfast costs 3 times more). Each plate came with one omelette one slice of tomato and a few potatoes. THAT IS IT. This is because he didn’t tell us that we can customise the American breakfast he just decided for himself. So in the end Bon A Petite Cafe and Cake are like a scam. They charge you different for omelettes and American breakfast even though I told the manager that American breakfast came the exact same as omelettes because the waiter didn’t explain. He said it’s for “the bread and jams” I said are you serious bread and jams for 600TRY extra? I just paid and left. Oh and the whole thing for some eggs and bread took an hour before anything came. It’s a shame this 1 star service exists in this 5 star hotel.

Located in Radisson Blu Sisli, it’s a nice and cosy sstablishement with friendly staff. Simple but complete menu offers good variety of choice. Specialities change depending on the time of the year. There is also a good selection of desserts.
